Cancellation

Once a user has successfully participated or made a payment, cancellation of entry is not permitted under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Participation fees, ticket charges, or any other payments made are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Dhanwarsa Lottery.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but participation is not confirmed, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the payment gateway’s policy within a reasonable time.

Disqualification or Termination

No refund will be provided if a user is disqualified due to violation of Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform.

Service Cancellation
